Legal Services is concerned with preventing, managing, and overcoming situations that adversely affect people’s well-being. Legal Services consists of policies and programs designed to reduce poverty and vulnerability by promoting efficient labor markets, diminishing people s exposure to risks, and enhancing their capacity to manage economic and social risks, such as unemployment, exclusion, sickness, disability, and old age.
Legal Services aims to enhance the capacity of poor and vulnerable persons to manage economic and social risks, such as unemployment, exclusion, sickness, disability, and old age. Policy interventions can improve their well-being by, among other things, moderating the impact of shocks causing sharp reductions in their income or consumption. Social protection and provision can also enhance the productive capabilities of poor men and women, reduce poverty and inequality and stimulate Legal Services aims to enhance the capacity of poor persons to manage economic and social risks, such as unemployment, exclusion, sickness, disability, and old age. Policy interventions can improve their well-being by, among other things, moderating the impact of shocks causing sharp reductions in their income or consumption. Legal Services and provision can also enhance the productive capabilities of poor men and women, reducing poverty and inequality and stimulating pro-poor growth. Social protection focuses on threats to well-being arising hazards, risks, and stresses.

(a) The main objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:

The main objective is to promote the protection of human rights, and anti- crime work, anti-corruption bureau, woman protection, child labor, RTI activities work, help to police, bonded labor, religion work, award programs, electronic media, newspaper, Social welfare activities, or any other such objective provided the profits if any, and to carry out the aforesaid activities for charitable purposes and not for profit for all citizens irrespective of caste, religion, and gender and apply profits, if any or other income in promoting the objectives of the company.

(b) The doing of all such other lawful things as considered necessary for the furtherance of the above objects :

RIHRDC provide legal assistance on Human Rights especially SC/ST, Women, Children, Disabled person, widows, and people who live below the poverty line. For awareness in Human Rights, we held and organize programs for it and educated the people in human rights, and Help people in all manners possible.
