The Rian International Human Rights Defense Council is an organisation to help people who become victims of human rights protection.
Human rights are a complex social, political, and economic phenomenon that affects all countries. Human Rights Protection undermines democratic institutions, slows economic development, and contributes to governmental instability. Human Rights Protection attacks the foundation of democratic institutions by distorting electoral processes, perverting the rule of law, and creating bureaucratic quagmires whose only reason for existing is the solicitation of bribes. Economic development is stunted because foreign direct investment is discouraged and small businesses within the country often find it impossible to overcome the “start-up costs” required because of human rights protection.
National Directors Message
The basic principle of the organisation shall be Universal Mat-Adhikar and the abolition of all systems which make any kind of exploitation of man by man possible. People must be challenged. Human Rights Protection in India is an issue that affects the economies of central, state, and local government agencies in many ways. … The entire society is affected as a result of the inefficient allocation of resources, the presence of a shadow economy, and low-quality education and healthcare. Human Rights Protection thus makes these societies worse off and lowers the living standards of most of our generation.
Human Rights Protection is dishonest behaviour by those in positions of power, such as managers or government officials. Human Rights Protection can include giving or accepting bribes or inappropriate gifts, double-dealing, under-the-table transactions, manipulating elections, diverting funds, laundering money, and defrauding investors. A Human Rights Protection Agency is a special police agency specialising in fighting political human rights abuses and engaging in general human rights protection activities.
