FRAWD Co., Flipkart, and Titan World are all competing for customers. I recently bought a watch from Flipkart, where the seller is also from Titan. Unfortunately, he sent me the wrong product, and the delivery was delayed by three hours. I have uploaded an image of the watch that was sent to me. I always leave low reviews because I am dissatisfied with this service. I specifically wanted a green watch from Titan or Flipkart. Additionally, my money was held for 15 days after the delivery. I find it frustrating that you have my money for six days after informing me that this product is no longer available on your app or site. Why are you sending this type of message? My recent experience with Flipkart highlights a deeply unethical and systemic issue with their delivery service. The app's much-touted automation is nothing but a facade for a shambolic process that is entirely dependent on manual updates by delivery executives. In a recent interaction, my order was falsely marked as "customer requested delay," a completely fabricated reason. The delivery executive neither attempted to contact me nor made any effort to deliver the package. This is not just a case of incompetence; it's a deliberate, fraudulent act designed to manipulate their delivery metrics at the customer's expense.
The interaction with the bot on the app as well as the customer support agent were even more frustrating and lacked any empathy or understanding.
Flipkart's system is built to fail, allowing executives to lie with impunity and forcing customers into a frustrating cycle of delays and misinformation. Caution advised.

Great ambience ( Food court) : I can give 10/10 for thinking innovative in terms of creating a good food court to relax and chill out in our busy work schedule . You can find this place good for clicking pictures specially night also this food court has got the best restaurants like SMOKE and much more.
